Moving to Orange from Sydney has been a big step for us as a couple but thanks to Jane, Sam and Kylie from John Cook for being there every step of the way.
The property that we have rented now was not even one of the properties we were supposed to inspect the day we drove to Orange, but lovely Sam who was the personnel that showed us one property suggested us of another property that we might be interested. She was very transparent from the very start which we appreciated so much. However, that property was not scheduled for any inspection but when we called their office, Jane was able to manage to show us the property which was last minute. We felt the support from John Cook Real Estate from the start. Then the property was lovely so we decided to apply for it. The process was smooth and their office was always ready to answer any questions that we have and always get a quick response.
Overall! It was a great to have John Cook Real Estate as part of our journey here in Orange!

I’m only 18 - I, nor my partner had no rental history and barely anything under our belts but decent jobs and these amazing amazing people have given us a shot! The service, the communication, the care it’s all wayyy above standard. John Cook really will go above and beyond to help anyone out. Highly recommend, not only did they help me out in such a short amount of time but also made sure I had all the knowledge I needed as a first time renter and really made me feel welcome into my home. Finally, a real estate agency that treats renters like human beings.
That is, agencies normally look the other way because renters are mere small-fry compared to buyers and are potentially ongoing pests.
